Site based Project Manager/Site Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced site based project manager to join our team to site manage new build and refurbishment projects mainly on a design and build basis.  This appointment gives the successful candidate the opportunity to grow within our expanding business.

This important role will require you to be the sole site based manager on a project ranging from £1m- £5m you will be the single point of contact on site for our customer and will be supported from our head office by a visiting quantity surveyor. This role will include but not be limited to accurate record keeping, the presentation of the monthly site report, the management of Labour, sub-contractors and suppliers, the procurement of materials, programming the project, quality control, health and safety of the site, management of prelims expenditure, the identification of additional work and ensuring that our customer is well informed.

It is essential that you hold a full driving licence and it is an advantage to hold a CSCS card, SMSTS, Scaffold Inspection certificate and First Aid training.

Our business is based around trust and it is therefore essential that the successful candidate has a strong attention to detail, good time management and excellent problem solving skills. Experience of working for a main contractor is also desirable.

Salary will be negotiable dependant on qualifications and experience. The benefits package will include a company vehicle or allowance, personal pension contributions and performance related bonus scheme.

Working Foreperson

We are currently seeking an experienced site based working foreperson from a tradesperson background to join our team to work on new build and refurbishment projects mainly on a design and build basis.  This appointment gives the successful candidate the opportunity to grow within our expanding business.

This important role will require you to be the site based working foreperson on our smaller projects. You will be the single point of contact on site for our customer and will be supported from our head office by a visiting quantity surveyor. This role will include but not be limited to accurate record keeping, the management of Labour, sub-contractors and suppliers, short term programming of the project, quality control, health and safety of the site and keeping our customer well informed of progress.
